Great room, good service, competent staff

A new, clean hotel. Nice children's room, delicious breakfast.

Fresh, clean, modern. We took a room for a family of 4 people, with a view of the city :) and we were accommodated in such a room :) everything you need is there. There is a recreation room for children on the 5th floor, a small spa area on the 7th, and a gym on the 4th. The Kremlin is within walking distance.

We stayed at this hotel from September 8th to 10th. Very worthy. A huge plus: the hotel is new with all the points that follow from this. Cleanliness, rooms with fresh furniture, wonderful sanitary facilities. It's a good restaurant. The breakfasts and lunches are delicious. And separately. Many thanks to the restaurant staff. The waitress girls are very friendly and work very well.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel, excellent service, clean room, excellent breakfast, if possible, we will definitely return and advise our friends.

Excellent modern hotel! It was opened in May 2025. Everything is new and fresh. The rooms have everything you need, as befits a good chain hotel. We drove knowing how and what would happen and were not mistaken. The hotel fully met our expectations. Customer-oriented, hospitable staff. Excellent breakfasts. There is a restaurant and a 24-hour bar. Very convenient location in the center. Most of the museums can be reached on foot. Also nearby is the Tula Kremlin, the Iskra creative space with a lot of restaurants and the Metallist pedestrian street, where there are also a lot of interesting restaurants. We have the most pleasant memories from the hotel, next time we will come back to you!

A new, clean hotel with friendly staff. A large selection for breakfast. They brought a compliment in the form of a birthday cake to the room. I liked everything very much – in Tula now only in this hotel.

The newest hotel! We visited in September 2025. Cleanliness and comfort! The breakfasts are very tasty, the variety of dishes was amazing: porridges, yoghurts (yogurt with fruit separately), cottage cheese, casserole, pancakes, omelette, fried chicken fillet, fruits, fresh pastries! There are a lot of different snacks! There is a coffee machine and vegetable milk separately - it was a pleasant surprise for me! Friendly staff! I recommend it!

I really liked the service and the hotel itself, from this hotel chain, this is probably one of the most interesting! The hotel's location is very good, the cultural center of the city is a 10-minute walk away, and the breakfast surprised with its wide range of dishes! The staff solves any issue promptly! I recommend it!
