The hotel is very nice, everything is clean, the rooms are cleaned every day. Free sauna, gym. A buffet breakfast was included. Located in the city center, everything is nearby. We were satisfied with both the hotel and the city.

Great, new hotel, cozy room. View from the window of the Museum of arms. Delicious breakfasts, relaxing atmosphere. It's not noisy, you can get enough sleep. If I have to visit Tula again, I will definitely stop here.

I liked the hotel as a whole. I would like to mention the bed separately (the stiffness of the mattress is at the same level). The location of the hotel is also good: The Kremlin and the pedestrian zone are 10-15 minutes away on foot. The breakfasts are good, there is a large selection of dishes and desserts. On the downside: parking for hotel guests is paid. I would also consider it a disadvantage that on weekends breakfast starts at 8 a.m., when you come for the weekend, you want to get up early, have breakfast and walk around the city more.

The room is great. The cleanliness and filling are pleasing to the eye. The filling in the room ensures a comfortable stay. My wife and I stayed from 13.09.25 to 14.09.25. The girl at the reception described each of the services that can be used upon arrival. Bottom line: we thank the managers and staff for the level of service! We will definitely come back!
