I liked everything: clean, cozy, beautiful. The breakfasts are very good, we didn't stay hungry. Helpful hotel staff. Quick check-in. We will definitely come back again.

We stayed at this hotel and were generally satisfied. The hotel is new, modern, it feels like everything is still fresh and well maintained. I really liked the relaxation area: there is a Jacuzzi and a Finnish sauna — a real thrill after a busy day, you can relax and unwind. We took a Deluxe room. I liked the room itself — it was spacious, clean, and had a pleasant interior. The advantage turned out to be the availability of free parking right behind the barrier for Deluxe guests — it is very convenient. But there were also some disadvantages: the shower was leaking from under the pan and there was no heating mode in the climate control, which made the stay less comfortable in the cool season. The breakfast left good impressions: it was delicious, the choice was moderately varied (quite decent for Russian hotels), and the coffee was especially pleasing — it was really excellent. Overall, the hotel left a positive impression. This is a decent option for a stopover, with a good level of service and a pleasant atmosphere. If they work out the small nuances with the comfort of the rooms, it will be almost perfect.

The hotel is new. I liked everything: the room was comfortable, the service was friendly. There is a 24-hour gym, a swimming pool and a relaxation room. The sights are within walking distance from the hotel. When we come back, we will definitely check in here.

The bed is comfortable, the bed linen is fresh, the bathroom has everything you need. I especially liked that the room was quiet — I managed to get a good night's sleep and relax after a busy day. The staff made a very pleasant impression: the staff are always friendly, polite and ready to help. I contacted the reception several times with questions, and received answers quickly and very kindly. Overall, the impressions from the stay are the most positive. AMAKS in Tula is a comfortable and cozy hotel with good service, where you feel like a truly welcome guest. I will definitely stay here again if I am in Tula.

Great new hotel! The rooms are large, stylish, everything is clean, the mattresses are cool, the linen is super. Excellent breakfasts and a buffet deserve special attention. The location is close to the historical center, very convenient. Lovely hotel, I recommend it.

The only drawback is the lack of hygiene supplies in individual packages: shampoo and shower gel, as well as soap in the dispenser.

The new hotel is clean, beautiful, the staff is friendly. The location is good: the center is nearby across the bridge. Parking is paid, but it is possible to park a car nearby in the city parking lot.
